Append-only, out-of-context record of retired hygiene items. Never pruned, reviewed, or nagged. Entries are dated prose bullets, each the original + **Archived YYYY-MM-DD** — reason.

Run 2026-06-04 (pm) — seed: git working-tree discipline design section + Seafile bookmark/ignore

Seed change: added the "Git working-tree discipline — in progress" section to current-plan.md; added the Seafile-phase-out bookmark; created C:\Seafile\Claude\seafile-ignore.txt.

Result: clean — no status/wording fixes needed.

  • AGENTS.md / README.md — no change. The git-discipline work is design-in-progress, not a shipped convention, so these correctly don't encode it yet (same defer-until-it-ships logic as the lens-system items #5/#6 above).

Seed change: closed the bookend-worktree-wiring design (/save-progress merge/keep/discard disposition + squaring it with the auto-commit) in current-plan.md's "Git working-tree discipline" section; added two bookmarks (uniform per-layer repo-maintenance routine; "commit" terminology disambiguation).

  • AGENTS.md / README.md — no change. The bookend-worktree discipline is now design-complete but not yet built (no command/skill text changed this session), so they correctly don't encode it yet — same defer-until-it-ships logic as the lens-system (#5/#6) and git-discipline (pm run) items above. Run 2026-06-06 (3rd) — seed: puppet test #8 closed (scry no-target gate)

Seed change: ran /scry with no puppet target adopted to exercise scorecard branch #8 (the no-target warning). The gate fired correctly — /scry stopped and warned instead of researching; nothing searched, written, or cloned. No edits to any doc or command this session.

Result: clean — no durable-doc drift.

Run 2026-06-04 (am) — seed: lens system + advisory-subagent carve-out added to catalog

Closed 2026-06-12. Added the four-lens + advisory-subagent catalog entries, the /consistency-check command, and the /save-progress step-7 swap. Items #1–4 (AGENTS.md skills/commands-row + current-plan.md status drift) were resolved & committed 2026-06-04. The last holdouts — #5/#6 (encode the advisory-subagent + review-lens methodology into AGENTS.md + README.md) and #7 (cross-ref the concurrent-sessions cluster) — shipped 2026-06-12: AGENTS.md gained the "Advisory subagents & design-review lenses" Conventions bullet, README gained the "Parallel, never autonomous" note, and the cluster cross-ref was refreshed. No open items.

Run 2026-06-06 (first) — seed: puppet/scry first-run test + refinements

Closed 2026-06-12. #1 (AGENTS.md commands-row missing puppet/scry) was fixed 2026-06-06. #2/#3 — encode puppet posture + the committed .claude/settings.json perms into AGENTS.md/README.md — remain deferred-by-design until puppet's design settles; they ride on the puppet design-review bookmark (its eventual write-up covers the doc encoding) and were already recorded in the 2026-06-06 (follow-up)/(3rd) runs above. No further action here.

Run 2026-06-10 — seed: bookmark triage + CLAUDE.md convention + ledger census

Closed 2026-06-12. Durable docs were clean (no command/skill/table content changed). The out-of-scope side finding — 4 dangling bookmarks.md cross-refs left by archiving the "Bookends & doc-hygiene refactor" cluster — was fully fixed in-run ("All 4 fixed"). No open items.

Run 2026-06-16 — seed: frontend-design plugin install (settings-snapshot drift)

Closed 2026-06-16. The one flagged item — personal/claude-config/settings.json (+ its README) out of step with the live ~/.claude/settings.json after the frontend-design plugin was enabled — was resolved this session: re-snapshotted live → repo (added frontend-design, kept GitKraken's plugin + marketplace out per convention, set skipWorkflowUsageWarning=false) and broadened the README's GitKraken-exclusion note. Committed in the personal repo (2814978). Everything else that run walked (AGENTS.md, README.md, Yggdrasil skills/*/SKILL.md, .meta/workflow.yaml, CLAUDE.md, project-conventions) was clean. No open items.
